TRAVEL ADVISORY CORONAVIRUS COVID-19: Occasionally, travel bookings may be affected by unplanned natural events, as is the case with the current coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. At this time we will make every effort to communicate relevant information and assist you with your travel plans. Because a travel advisory is in effect, if you need immediate assistance please contact us directly at 239-542-5812, and note that there may be extended hold times or a need for a return call or email to provide you with the details you need. On site, we are also taking extra steps to provide a clean environment for our guests’ protection, including but not limited to: disinfecting and wiping down all exterior handrails, gates and touch points at minimum twice per day. We are making every effort to reduce stress for our guests, maintain the service level you expect, and make the health and safety of guests and staff our first priority. Due to current circumstances, we are waiving our cancellation fees on new reservations. If you have placed a reservation through an OTA (Outside Travel Agency) such as Air BNB you should reach out that OTA for cancellation guidelines. We’ll also not require deposits on “in season” reservations and will only be charging a one night cancellation fee for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to last check in of 8:00PM arrival date.
